Fruity Watermelon Pizza with Greek Yogurt-Cream Cheese Drizzle

A refreshing summertime treat! Fresh watermelon pizza is topped is drizzled with a delicious Greek yogurt-cream cheese mixture and topped with berries and granola!

Watermelon is the ultimate summertime fruit- it is wonderfully refreshing on a hot day and perfectly sweet! It’s hard to resist this fruit when the temperatures climb.

We often serve watermelon to guests after a summer bbq and it is always well received. But how cute is it to serve it up as a pizza with colourful toppings?! So cute!

This watermelon pizza is, of course, pretty simple and straight forward to make. Fruit on sliced fruit- kind of easy right? What makes it even lovelier to me, is the Greek yogurt- cream cheese drizzle on top. It’s a great addition and the sprinkle of granola adds a nice crunch too!

Perfect after a summer cookout and even as a summer brekkie! Imagine serving this for brunch or even as a snack to picky eaters. It’s pretty hard to resist, I think!
