Raspberry Vinaigrette

This fresh Raspberry Vinaigrette is made with fresh raspberries and lime juice. It is easy to make and comes together in just 5 minutes. Dress your salad with this perfect balance between sweet and tart!

As soon as summer (and even spring) comes around, we are eating salads daily around here! Once the temperature increases, so does our desire to eat refreshing meals with fresh produce.

Our garden is producing salad greens and we are transforming them into new, fun salads all the time. A good salad needs two things though. Fresh produce and an awesome dressing. You can’t have a good salad without both of these elements.

This raspberry vinaigrette is a fun dressing to transform those salad greens into something tasty! It is sweet and tart but above all it is fresh tasting and wonderful!

Oh, and its super easy to make. Like, less than 5 minutes to make! That’s what I’m talking about!

The Easiest Raspberry Vinaigrette Recipe

To make this vinaigrette, you will need:

  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

All you have to do is place all of the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend them until they are combined. Voila!

Drizzle as much salad dressing as needed over your salad and store any leftovers in a jar in the fridge. It can be stored for a few days.
