Turkey Leftover Casserole

Put your Christmas or Thanksgiving leftovers to use in this simple to make Turkey Leftover Casserole. Turkey and gravy are placed in a baking dish, topped with a layer of veggies and finished off with a layer of mashed potatoes.

Leftovers from turkey dinners are my favourite! I love to enjoy them just as they are but transforming them into something new is so much fun!

This Turkey Leftover Casserole uses up leftover turkey, gravy and mashed potatoes. This makes it so quick and easy to assemble. Not to mention downright delicious!

This dish is basically a spin on a shepherd’s pie – with leftovers!

Ingredients in Turkey Leftover Casserole

  • Turkey cooked, chopped
  • Gravy
  • Frozen vegetables
  • Mashed potatoes

That’s it! Just 4 ingredients!

How to make this casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Mix the turkey and gravy together and place in the bottom of a 9×9 baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle with a layer of veggies. Spread or pipe the mashed potatoes on top of the veggie layer. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen vegetables cooked
  • 3 cups mashed potatoes
