Hot weather calls for cool treats and these high-protein popsicles I am sharing today one of the best ways to cool off.

Packed with fresh blueberries, yogurt, protein powder, and some honey for sweetness, these ingredients are not only simple but require only 4 ingredients!

These cool treats are healthy enough to have for breakfast too!

Ingredients in Blueberry Protein Popsicles

  • Greek yogurt vanilla
  • Vanilla protein powder
  • Honey
  • Blueberries

How to make Blueberry Protein Popsicles

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt with protein powder and honey.
  2. In a blender or food processor, puree the blueberries. Mix in with the yogurt.
  3. Pour into popsicle molds, insert sticks and freeze until set.
