Ingredients

  • 2 cans chickpeas, drained, rinsed and patted dry

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian spice

  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 450 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Toss all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
  • Spread out onto a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes. Add salt to taste if needed.
