Peach Caprese Salad

Peach Caprese Salad is everything that is good about summer on a plate! Fresh peaches, tomatoes and basil are paired with fresh mozzarella and drizzled with olive oil and balsamic glaze.

If you have been following my blog for some time, it should come as no surprise that I am obsessed with caprese salad! It is one of my favourites (topped with another tomato-cheese combo- Greek Salad). I can eat caprese salad every day and I would not be mad about it!

There are so many ways to switch up Caprese salad and I am all about finding new ways to enjoy my favourite! I’ve published several Caprese recipes on here including fun new ways to enjoy it, like Caprese Eggs Benedict or Caprese Pasta Bake. I am always dreaming up new ways to incorporate these fresh flavours into my meals and this recipe is just one of many coming your way!

I might be biased here, but this Peach Caprese Salad is the BEST! So good, you guys! You get all the flavours of the traditional salad with the addition of sweet, ripe peaches and they go so well together!

How to make Peach Caprese Salad

Like the traditional version, this recipe is simple and does not require a long list of ingredients. Simple, fresh ingredients are key as they are what really shine through!

To make this salad, you will need:

  • 2-3 medium tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 peaches, sliced
  • 400g fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • 1/3 cup fresh basil leaves
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil for drizzling
  • balsamic glaze for drizzling

To make it, arrange tomatoes, peaches, mozzarella and basil slices on a platter. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze. That is it, you guys!
