I am currently obsessed with this recipe I am sharing with you today! Generally speaking, I am always down for any dish whose main components include pasta and cheese. I just know its going to be good before I even bring the fork to my mouth.
This recipe, in particular, is right up my alley! A quick search on my website and you will see that I am more than a little obsessed with Caprese salad. I have more than one variation of the classic Caprese salad. I’ve even found a way to incorporate it into my breakfast! If you have not tried Caprese Eggs Benedict, I highly recommend it!
Now a Caprese that incorporates pasta! That’s what I’m talking about!
This pasta salad is the perfect side dish or app and even works as a meal! Full disclosure: I made this as a side for dinner tonight and it ended up taking up more of my plate than anything else. Definitely stole the show and ended up being the star tonight!
