Ingredients for Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew Coffee
- Coffee cream: Half and half cream or similar. I like half and half but if you are not worried about the fat, you can use a higher fat percentage cream instead.
- Sugar: White granulated sugar. Granulated is the sweetener I use here but you can easily opt for a different sweetener including brown sugar or maple syrup.
- Pumpkin puree: Canned pumpkin puree works well with this recipe but you can certainly make your own.
- Pumpkin Pie Spice: homemade Pumpkin Pie Spice or store bought.
- Cold Brew Coffee: the coffee base of this drink.
