How to make Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew Coffee

This recipe is super easy to make and only uses a handful of ingredients. The best part is, you can make the pumpkin cream ahead of time and store it in the fridge. Anything I can prep ahead of time is a lifesaver for me in the mornings cause I do not function until after my coffee (sometimes my second or third)!

The pumpkin cream recipe makes enough for 4-6 coffees. To make the Pumpkin Cream, you will need:

  • 2 cups coffee cream
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 2 teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice

In a saucepan, add all of the pumpkin cream ingredients and whisk together until the sugar dissolves, being careful not to bring to a boil.

Strain the cream through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth. Transfer to a jar and refrigerate.

That’s it! Keep in mind this makes enough cream for multiple cups of coffee. Also, it goes well with hot coffee as well!

To make the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew Coffee, you will need:

  • 1 cup (8 oz) cold brew coffee (store bought or homemade)
  • 1/3- 1/2 cup (40z) Pumpkin Cream

To make the coffee, pour cold brew coffee into a glass with ice cubes. Pour 1/3 cup of pumpkin cream (or as much as desired). Enjoy!

That’s it! Easy, right? I hope you enjoy this homemade coffee treat!
